1. Who you are agreeing with

socialspinsnetwork.com (“Golden Royal”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Aurum Crown Interactive Ltd, registration number HE 448921, VAT CY10448921X, registered office 42 Amathountos Avenue, Office 3B, 4532 Limassol, Cyprus, Republic of Cyprus. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Aurum Crown Interactive Ltd. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this service is — and is not

Golden Royal is a social casino offered purely for entertainment. Please read this section carefully, because it defines everything else:

• All games are played with virtual coins. Coins have no monetary value whatsoever.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred between accounts, redeemed, cashed out or converted into money, goods, vouchers, cryptocurrency or any other benefit.
• We accept no deposits and hold no player funds. The site has no payment facility of any kind.
• There are no wagers, no prizes, no jackpots and no payouts. No result produced on this site entitles you to anything of value.
• The service does not constitute gambling, betting or a game of chance for money, and we are not a licensed gambling operator.
• Coin balances are a scorekeeping feature of the service. They are not your property, confer no rights, and may be adjusted, reset or removed where required for technical, security or abuse-prevention reasons.

3. Age and eligibility

4. Your account

• One account per person. Automated registration, bulk accounts and shared logins are not permitted.

• Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, impersonating or infringing. We may change or reclaim names that break this rule.
• You may play as a guest without registering. Guest sessions store no balance and no progress.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database or its infrastructure;
• use bots, scrapers, automation, emulators or modified clients to play, or manipulate coin balances by any technical means;
• reverse engineer, copy, frame or redistribute the site, its code or the games embedded in it;
• present Golden Royal as a real-money gambling service, or use our name or branding to promote gambling, in any medium;
• upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, hateful or infringing content through any part of the service, including your display name;
• use the service in breach of applicable law or these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

6. Third-party games

Games are embedded free demonstration builds provided by their respective developers and delivered from the developers’ own services. All game titles, software, artwork, sounds and trademarks remain the property of those developers. We do not own, host, modify or control their game software, and we do not control the outcome of any spin. Availability, features and performance of a game are subject to the developer’s service, and a title may be withdrawn or replaced without notice.

7. Our content

The Golden Royal name, crest, page design, layout, code and written content are owned by Aurum Crown Interactive Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use our branding or written content commercially without our written permission.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site — including individual games, the daily allowance and coin balances — at any time. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Crown Interactive Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of virtual coins, arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free of charge and coins have no monetary value, no claim relating to coins, balances, game results or site availability has any financial basis. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops or the law changes. The current version always appears on this page with a “Last updated” date, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use Golden Royal after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
